Ingredients
- 200ml Aperol
- 150ml soda water
- 300ml prosecco
- 100ml sugar cane syrup
Method
- Combine the Aperol, sugar cane syrup and soda water, stirring gently.
- Add the prosecco last and stir slowly to retain the bubbles.
- Pour the mixture into the tub until the Max line.
- Select COCKTAIL and choose Level 4.
- Serve immediately from the spout once COL is displayed.
Serving suggestion
Serve chilled in a glass and garnish with a fresh orange slice.
Recipe Tip:
- Add the prosecco last and stir gently to help preserve the carbonation.
- Texture Level 4 is our recommended starting point. Increase or decrease the texture level to create your ideal consistency.
