Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 3:15 PM Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:15 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery is on Mon-Thurs only (excludes weekends & bank holidays).

Express Delivery: This service is available for Mainland UK orders only. Orders placed before 3:15 PM Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:15 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery is on Mon-Fri only (excludes weekends & bank holidays).

Offshore Deliveries

Please note that Express Delivery is not available for UK offshore addresses, including the Isle of Man.

Orders to offshore locations are sent via Standard Delivery and usually arrive within 3–5 working days.

Delivery Issues

We always endeavour to deliver your order on time however, there may be factors outside our control such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues which may delay your order. 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll be happy to help.

When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your delivery address
  • Any tracking information you’ve received

 

Damages to your order

We do make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during delivery so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted.

International Orders

International orders must be placed through our country-specific websites. Orders placed through the UK website (www.probreeze.com) are only eligible for delivery within the UK. 

Please note, do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland.
