What’s the difference between an Air Cooler and an Air Conditioner?

• Air coolers provide localised cooling by blowing air over water cooled by ice packs, offering relief from the heat in a specific area. They don’t require external ventilation and work best when placed near an open door or window.
• Air conditioners can lower the room's temperature. In order to work, they need a window or vent for the exhaust hose, as they remove heat from the indoor air and release it outside, while cooling the air that is recirculated into the room.
• Find more information on this here

Do I need additional ice packs and can I buy them separately?
Each Pro Breeze air cooler comes with two free ice packs, which are sufficient for making the water ice cold. While extra ice packs are not available for separate purchase, you can enhance cooling efficiency by using plastic ice bags or portable fridge ice packs of any kind.

How often do I need to refill the water in my Air Cooler?
While it varies depending on the size and temperature of your room, the 5L Portable Air Cooler needs to be refilled approximately every 6 hours.
