UK Returns

Our extended Christmas returns policy

Orders placed between 8-23 December 2025 are eligible for our extended Christmas returns window, meaning any unopened and unused items can be returned up to Thursday 15th January 2026.

All standard return terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In order to initiate your return, please notify our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your product should be unused.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return your order back to us, so your refund can be issued.
