Pre-ordering an item means you can purchase it in advance of it coming back in stock. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order. Please note that payments made through Klarna will begin processing immediately upon checkout, not from the dispatch date of your item.
The pre-order price is an exclusive offer available only on probreeze.com. Prices for the same products on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon and other retail partners, may differ from those offered on our website and are not covered by this promotion. This pre-order price represents the lowest price at which these products will be available on probreeze.com prior to launch.
The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This is an estimated date and is subject to change. Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available at our warehouse.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery takes 1–2 working days for Mainland UK, and 3–5 working days for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order items can be cancelled up until the date that stock is available. You can cancel your order using the link in your pre-order confirmation email. We cannot guarantee that the item will still be available for pre-order if you choose to place a new order at a later date.
We're unable to offer direct exchanges on pre-order items. If you'd like a different product, colour or model, you'll need to cancel or return your order and place a new one.

Can I use a promotional discount code?
Promotional discount codes are not valid on pre-order items.
How long does delivery take once dispatched?

How do I cancel my pre-order?

What warranties apply to pre-ordered items?
All Pro Breeze products purchased through preorder come with a one (1) year Limited Warranty valid from the date of dispatch. This Limited Warranty is provided by Pro Breeze and does not affect your legal Statutory Rights as consumers under the applicable national consumer laws relating to the sale of goods. You can also obtain additional coverage by purchasing the optional Pro Breeze 3-Year Protection Plan.
